Feature release 21.2 of the ELO ECM Suite includes ELO Workspaces, offering new ways to visualize data stored in your ELO system as an alternative to the typical folder structure. ELO Workspaces let you dynamically present data and documents for different purposes with the help of tiles, tables, Kanban boards, and other tools, allowing for easier collaboration with other ELO users.

With the new Teamspace function in the ELO ECM Suite, you can work even more effectively on documents in a team setting: ELO users from different departments can use the function to view, edit, or upload documents in a separate area. ELO Contract now features a clause management tool that can be used for all types of contracts: You simply define the mandatory contract components as standard texts for your clauses once or you create your own boilerplates for additional contract contents. The ELO ECM Suite feature release 21.1 includes yet more additions to the Microsoft Teams integration capabilities. You now have the option to add an ELO app, the ELO Bot for Microsoft Teams, to a team, chat, or meeting. The ELO Bot allows you to trigger a search in the ELO system and conveniently share document links in Teams, which you can open in a browser using the ELO Web Client. The ELO Desktop Client connects ELO with the Microsoft world, now including integration with Outlook. E-mail users enjoy numerous benefits: For example, simply drag your e-mails and drop them in ELO ECM Suite to file them, or use the combined search results list, which shows e-mails in both Outlook and ELO. ELO is expanding its existing signature options to include a DocuSign interface: Thanks to our cooperation with the market leader for e-signatures, we offer the option to sign all filed documents digitally and in line with law via DocuSign.
