ELO COLD

 

The COLD module facilitates the import of mass data from central business applications. In older but still stable DP systems in particular, ELO COLD can replicate the intelligence needed to ensure automated and quick archiving.

The ELO COLD indexing and archiving system consists of logical functional groups which ensure smooth management of large quantities of data. The module imports output streams such as print data into the ELO archive. COLD automatically extracts indexes and archives invoices, delivery notes and other documents at very high speeds. There is no longer any need for time-consuming scanning or manual keywording.

ELO COLD can take data from a host system or the world of Windows applications. The information can be archived as raw data or converted into a displayable document (TIFF, PDF). If a TIFF printer has outputted the documents, OCR is used by COLD to query the index information.
